I have a Tmobile Samsung Gravity 2 phone and Im having trouble getting my stuff off my phone and to my computer. I have plugged in the USB to my phone and to my computer but its not working. Everytime i plug it in, it saids " Windows needs to install driver software for your Qualcomm Configuration". Since I have no idea what that is and dont have it...i found a program called Samsung PC Studio 3. But that program doesnt seem to be working because even thouqualcomm usb drivers downloadgh i connect my phone, it saids my phone is not connected. So yeah. Please send me a link to download a WORKING Samsung PC Studio program and tell me how to get my photos off my phone. Thank You. This IS DRIVING ME CRAZY!!! LOL

click on the downloads tab

then click on software.

you want the top file on the right.

under where it say's File.

Were you ever able to get this to work? I am following the instructions in this post and can't find the download on the Samsung site. Thanks for your help. It's driving me crazy too. LOL
