my... i guess you could call her a "friend" always tries to be better than me and when i say ive been somewhere shes like oh yeah ive been there but she hasnt, what can i say that makes her just stop talking? shes like screwed up in her mind.
Anything she says like "You suck at life" can always have a comeback if you add a "your mother". So let's practice:

If she is a friend, you should try and help her, not comeback. How about," if you don't tell the truth go find another friend?" Being cruel never accomplishes anything. You win more friends with honey than vinegar. Does she have problems that you have not dicussed with her? Have you really been a friend? If you want to be a friend this is the time to step up. I knew someone like that once, they made me so mad once day. I told them "Guess what? I have crabs! And I know you've hed them before too, so what should I do? And walked away! LOL, NO I HAVEN'T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just said that to them to be smart, lol. good comebacksThey never got in that "ME TO" kick ever again. I hate know-it-all, see-it-all, done-it-alls!"

if she says she's been there but she hasn't, then just ask her a specific question that will call her out. for instance, say she told you she's been to all of the amusement parks in orlando, florida fifteen times but you know she's never even been once. so you want to say something like, "wow, so what did you think of that ride in universal studios called it's a small world? it was really scary wasn't it?" (this is just a very blatant example of course) and when she takes the bait, you say "BUSTED!!! it's a small world is in disney and it's a slow wussy kiddie ride!!! YOU'RE SO FULL OF CRAP!!!!!"

trust me, after a few incidents like that, especially if other people are there to witness it and wind her up over it, she will think twice about blagging in front of you.
Trip her up.. Trap her like the Rat she is.. When you are with other people and she is there as well, Tell them you went to This awesome Place.. When she chimes in with "Oh, I've been there too." Ask her if she saw an attraction you know there is no way she could have missed it if she had truly been there. When she says "I don't Know", (She will) Then you can ask if she is totally Blind because she had to pass ti to see what you saw.
