download music for freeWhere can I download music for free (and legally)?

I got my kids some mp3 players, but now I am looking for a site to download music to them. Something like the old Limewire?
well you can download it from youtube
1. go to link below
2. choose audio converter
3. on the right hand side click on MP3 converter
4. paste the URL of the youtube/dailymotion/vimeo video
5. wait for donwlaod to finish dont close your browser otherwise it wouldn't download it

If you want me to do it email me the URL of the video (prasadanurag336@rocketmail.com)

If you find anything difficult watch this video

The terms free and legal don't exactly mix in this question, unfortunately. Unless the artist explicitly states tdownload music for freehat their music is free to download, it cannot be downloaded for free and legally. That said, if you still want to stick with free, I would suggest going to thepiratebay.org and searching for the mp3 files you're looking for there, you can search single songs, or entire albums (which are often compressed and need to be extracted). If you decide to play it safe and go with legal, you'll have to shell out some cash. You can use iTunes, google music, spotify, and numerous other services to pay for your music.
The words download, free and legal shouldn't be used in a sentence. There is no such thing. I suppose you can use torrents.
beemp3.com
I've tried mdownload music for freeany music downloading sites, both free and paid. I found that with free music downloads ever now and again I would get a virus which was very annoying. I now use Iomoio - you pay 15¢ a song but its worth it! they have all the latest chart music and over three million songs. They even give you 2 free downloads to try it out. Have fun!

Use torrents. It's the easiest way I think.
Download Bittorrent or Utorrent as an agent.
Then go to piratebay or just google and type in______ torrent. The blank being what music or movie you want.

Or you can use beemp3.com But it is quite tedious.
