download broadcom ushNeed a "broadcom ush" driver for my new dell laptop?

Got a new laptop, dell latitude e4310, downgraded it to win xp, some drivers were not put back.

Have managed to put all of them back except "broadcom ush." I checked the downloads page on dell support and drivers but i dont see any that say broadcom.

Any help is greatly appreciate ddownload broadcom ushand thanks in advance. Best answer lands the 10!
