What do you guys think should happen to Michael Vick? Personally, I think that he should be ripped apart by angry dogs.
I think they should conficate all of his holdings as it might have some of that AV儿劣fightAV儿劣 money commingled into the purchase of every single thing he owns...

I for one am NOT going to watch his team play on MY television set and have taken action and wrote to them telling them so.

I agree, but I think his entire contract salary should be given to the RESCUE organizations and SPCA's that will need to care for the dogs (if they can be rehabed), he should be banned from the NFL, and he should be FORCED to do community service at the humane society.

Ripped apart by angry dogs sounds good. I think he should be prosecuted to the maximum extent of the law. This case will have a huge precedence on future dog-fighting-bastards! I hope they don't go light on him in any way.
Yes, Michael Vick should have his day in court, as is the right of all US Citizens. However, if he's guilty, then I believe he should be punished to the full extent of the law. I also believe that today's laws in regards to animal abuse and dog fighting are pathetic. We are in dire need of much stricter laws, and serious penalties for such heinous acts. It's a well known fact that mass-murderer Jeffrey Dahmer started out abusing animals. People who abuse animals will eventually hurt people. And it is my strong belief that dog fighting is one of the strongest forms of abuse than any animal can suffer from.


Also, if Michael Vick is convicted, then I believe that he should permanently be banned from the NFL. In a perfect world, Athletes should be role models for young people. However, as we well know, this is not a perfect world, and many of today's athletes are terrible role models for young people around the world.


The only "good" thing to come out of this awful story is that people (including politicians and lawmakers) are now very much aware about the horrors of the despicable act of dog fighting as well as animal abuse. Perhaps now, we'll get stricter and better laws. After all, a dog is supposedly "man's best friend". We owe it to them to protect them, and all animals from cruelty and abuse.

Kicked out of the NFL forever and fined a huge amount of money and the money should go to various animal organizations.
I think he is a terrible man. Even if he himself was not directly involved in the dog fighting rings, the fact that they were all found on HIS property and in horrid conditions is enough to get me to support the NFL's firing of this total scumbag.

We can only hope justice will be served on the dog's behalf.

If they can make an example of that idiot Paris Hilton they can certainly make an example of him! I think he is the most vile and sorry excuse for a human being that was blessed with a UNDESERVING talent (unfortunate really-Wmichael vickASTE). He is contributing to the demise of the Pit Bull breed and helping to create dogs that have been known to kill children and others across the nation. I hope he gets one heck of a jail sentence!! However, if it were me I (agree that I) would just through him into the fighting ring with one of his own Pit Bull's and we will see how he likes being the "bait dog"....."sick em!"

Every celeb cell will have a theme. Nicole Riche's cell will have a crib. Paris of gets the Penthouse cell with free maid service. Mel Gibson's room with a psycho-therapist 24 hrs a day. Michael Vick's room full of very hungry and rabid Pit bulls

Unless he is found guilty, Michael Vick should be allowed to play and the same goes for the person who got a year suspension and is similarly not yet guilty of anything. Let the courts decide. Kobe Bryant played under similar circumstances and was proven innocent and rape is hardly a popular crime to be accused of.

On the other hand, Albert Haynesworth should have been banned for life after committing attempted murder on the field last year, stomping on the head of an opponent. Anywhere else, he would have been arrested.

I am not wasting any money on professional sports as long as thugs like Haynesworth and Latrelle Sprewell play in them. I will stick with the sports I can trust like horseracing and the Greyhounds. How ironic.

I think they should take Michael Vick & Lindsay Lohan (there's no help for this girl) out on an oceanliner, throw them overboard and drive away. Let the sharks feed on these social parasites that are given great opportunities and piss them down the drain.
While having him ripped apart sounds good it would only give more fuel to the "bully breed" avangalists. I think he needs to take some time to think about what he did, in jail. Then he needs to get psychological help because if he thinks fighting dogs is okay he probably has other messed up views about what is appropriate behavior. I don't think he should be allowed back in the NFL either. Regardless of wheather he is staying at the house himself or letting his family stay there he should know what is going on at his estate. If you don't realize you have 66 dogs, dog fighting equipment, and a "rape post" on you property you truely deserve to be punished for your ignorance. Oh, and lets not forget the dozens of dead dogs buried in the back of the house.
This guy and any other person who participates in this kind of activity should get the death penalty (that I didn't previously believe in). Any person supporting this man has no heart and no soul. And, to those who say we keep whining about it-we won't. We've become too desensitized about what we can and do to children and animals in this society. Well he should definetly be found guilty. My personal opinion is that he should be punished severely. But he will be let free and found not guilty. Why? Because his defense lawyer will stack the jury with inner city black people and of course they aren't going to convict a fellow "brother" of cruelty to animals they hate.
I feel that he should loose ALL of his money, Every single red cent. Then he should be thrown in prison for at least 20 years. upon his release he should have to do community service for another 20 years cleaning up dog crap at the local shelter. While doing these crap cleaning dutys he should be tormented by growling dogs just out of his reach. He should also not be allowed to live anywhere in the area of any dogs. He should not be allowed to own a car or any sort of telephone to contact anyone, so this way he would have to walk to report to the parole officer. It would go without saying that he never again would be allowed to play any sport whatsoever. I don't agree with killing him becouse that would be too easy of a punishment on him. Also this should happen to all the others that were in league with him when he commited these horrible unspeakable crimes against animals. The world has no room for these subhuman forms of slime. Since we have to put up with this foul waiste of skin he should have no sort of comfort ever again. Feed him once a day on the most rotton cheapest brand of dog food on the market and only give him pond water to drink. These punishments are still too light for the likes of him and his accomplices but I am showing compassion considering I am a nice guy. My Pomeranian pisses on his picture daily.

You people amaze me. They have not even had the trial or arraignment yet and your already hanging him. For all we know, he may have bought a house for his family or friends in VA, who held dogfights there, and he may not have known about.

What I'm really saying is "You are innocent until proven guilty".
At least allow him to go in HIS pen of HIS dogs on HIS property and see how HIS dogs treat him.

I think that there were enough Vick questions asked here by all the school kids and how they would like him to do this and that. Leave it alone, it's done, it's over. Let it go. Stop wasting your childish time on things you can do nothing about and start preparing for school work.

First of all you people don't know any of the facts in this matter so I think you should keep your mouths shut, don't forget the duke lacrosse incident , where those boys were publicly bashed and scorned before any of the facts came out, it's fine that you guys feel strongly over this issue, no ones is saying you shouldnt feel the way you feel, but until you have heard all the evidence Michael Vick is innocent until proven guilty.
But in my opinion a person shouldnt go to jail for dog fighting, i mean what he did was wrong but come on people we are just talking about animals here not human beings so don't go overboard.
The prosecutors who are trying this case should be ashamed of themselves, instead of trying real cases, they go after another black man, and personally i am outraged over this, I mean how many years does the man plan on persucuting us african americans???
