computer worldWill World War 3 considered cyberwar against computer hackers?

Imagine war in a virtual computer world. Hackers these days can use computers to cause mass destruction. What are your opinions?
Cyberwarfare is definitely the future. The goal is going to be to disable the enemy Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissanccomputer worlde (better known as C4ISR) capabilities, and protecting our own. Destroying his computers will have the same effect that knocking out Iraqi air defense headquarters did in the Gulf War-render the enemy unable to communicate and control his forces, leaving powerful forces crippled for lack of direction ancomputer worldd guidance.

Obviously, you need to prevent them from doing the same.
I envision one side gaining advantage over the other by disabling computers, electricity or ordering the enemy machines to destroy themselves. No territory can be gained until the enemy has boots on the ground on the other side.
